Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tb777 website accessible at tb777.io, including all sub-pages, game environments, betting interfaces, account management areas, and payment portals operated by or on behalf of tb777.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access and use the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "tb777" or "We" or "Us" refers to the operator of the Platform and all associated services described herein.

• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Payment Method" means any accepted deposit or withdrawal channel, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. tb777 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any Balance — including winnings — may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether directly or indirectly through third parties — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, tb777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any winnings generated across those Accounts.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. tb777 accepts no liability for losses, delayed payments, or Account issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. tb777 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions other than those it is directed toward. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

tb777 operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing any withdrawal, tb777 may request copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of the Payment Method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by tb777 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. All documentation submitted is handled in accordance with the tb777 Privacy Policy.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your Account. tb777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the tb777 support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. tb777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.

3.3 Account Accuracy

All bets and transactions registered in your Account are final and binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your Account history regularly and to report any discrepancy to tb777 within 30 days of the relevant transaction. tb777 will investigate reported discrepancies in good faith but cannot guarantee resolution of disputes raised after this period.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the tb777 support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered Payment Method, subject to pending KYC requirements and wagering obligations on any active Bonus Funds. Accounts closed under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are subject to additional terms set out in Section 8.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tb777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tb777 reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove any Payment Method at its discretion, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits of the chosen Payment Method and any account-level limits set by tb777.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Subject to the daily and weekly limits specified in the Cashier section of your Account.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account Balance within sixty seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to mobile financial service accounts are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. tb777 does not control third-party processing times once a withdrawal has been dispatched from the Platform.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tb777 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side of the transaction; however, your Payment Method provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside tb777's control and are your responsibility to verify before initiating a transaction.

4.5 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds from Payment Methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or commercial payment processors acting on your behalf — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

tb777 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with responsible platform standards. Unusual or high-volume transaction patterns may trigger an AML review, during which withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML or fraud investigation, including providing supporting financial documentation upon request.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. General eligibility requirements apply to all tb777 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms: the Player must hold a verified Account in good standing, must be aged 21 or above, and must not be self-excluded under the responsible gaming programme.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless specified otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, standard wagering requirements must be met before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games list will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. Games with an RTP above 97% or which are categorised as low-variance may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without compensation. Wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the time of Bonus expiry will result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds.

5.4 Abuse and Misuse of Bonuses

tb777 reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any Bonus — and to void any winnings generated from that Bonus — if tb777 determines, acting reasonably, that a Player has exploited, abused, or engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; placing low-risk or hedging wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures; and using automated software or bots to interact with the Platform.

5.5 Claiming Bonuses

Some bonuses are credited automatically upon a qualifying deposit; others require manual opt-in or entry of a promotional code in the Cashier section. The method of claiming each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. tb777 cannot retroactively apply a bonus to a deposit that was made without following the stated claim procedure.

Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

6.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or game interruption that results in an incorrect payout — whether overpayment or underpayment — tb777 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the original stake to the Player's Balance. Winnings paid in error due to a software fault are not valid and may be reclaimed by tb777. TB777 will notify affected Players of any void bets where reasonably practicable.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on tb777 are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or produces an outcome outside the scope of the market definition, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable event rules. Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined — due to data latency — may be voided at tb777's discretion.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

tb777 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps to individual games or betting markets. Where such caps exist, they will be displayed in the game interface or betting market description. No claim may be made for winnings that exceed an applicable maximum payout cap.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tb777 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits tb777's liability for death or personal injury caused by tb777's negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tb777 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability, for which tb777 will not be liable.

Privacy & Data Protection

tb777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process before initiating any formal legal proceedings. tb777's decisions on game outcomes and account actions made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions shall be final, subject to any applicable mandatory legal recourse.
